WEARING A POEM
The core of the assignment is to translate the complexity of a poem in a piece of fashion design, which is inspired by the work of Rei Kawakubo.
The poem reflects to Qiu Jin’s personality, which she regarded herself as a fighter in pursueing Feminist eqality, through writing the poem of plum blossom.

A white-robed fairy has come to earth, the beautiful woman waives her plain sleeves to show her yearning.
The hermit in the mountain never offend the flower, he did not allow the white powder paint on walls.
